Subscriptions
For all subscription order concerns, questions and cancellations, the customers must directly reach out to us at support@alurase.us. The customers cannot cancel subscription themselves due to the discounts and policies associated with the model.
When you choose the subscription option at checkout, you agree to receive your selected product(s) on a recurring basis. In return, you receive an exclusive discount applied to your initial and future orders under the subscription plan. This discount is only available through an active subscription and reflects a pricing structure based on continued customer commitment.

The discount is conditional on maintaining an active subscription for a minimum of 1 month.
This pricing is not intended for one-time use or short-term access. Canceling your subscription shortly after purchase undermines the basis of this promotional offer and impacts our ability to provide such discounts in the future.
Early Subscription Cancellation Policy
If you cancel before your next billing cycle begins, the following applies:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current month, and then be canceled.
If you request immediate cancellation and do not wish to wait until the month ends, a $9.99 USD early cancellation fee will be deducted to account for the discount received without fulfillment of the subscription term. This fee will be automatically charged to your original payment method or deducted from any refund, if applicable. This fee can be charged either right now, or after your bank is charged for the next subscription term—in that case, we will refund the full order amount minus the $9.99 USD fee without fulfilling or shipping the next order.
Alternatively, you may choose to pause or skip deliveries for up to 3 months instead of canceling.
As per policy, any request to cancel a second-term or forth subscription order must be communicated to us within 24 hours after processing.
